The ENBREL® U.S. Prescribing Information and Medication Guide have been updated with Important Safety Information. The changes include updated warnings regarding 1) lymphoma and other malignancies, some fatal, in children, adolescents, and young adults who started ENBREL at less than 18 years of age and 2) in rheumatoid arthritis and other indications, cases of leukemia have been reported for all anti-TNF therapies.
