Registered nurses are available 8 AM to 11 PM Eastern time, 7 days a week to answer any question you may have about ENBREL, including questions about:

  • ENBREL treatment
  • Self-injecting ENBREL
  • Storing and traveling with ENBREL
  • Ordering a Sharps container, alcohol swabs, gauze, or other medically relevant items
  • Safely disposing of needles, syringes, and Enbrel® (etanercept) SureClick® autoinjectors

Remember, you should always talk to your doctor about treatment decisions and any concerns with ENBREL.

Insurance specialists are ready to assist you with your questions about coverage 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Specialists can provide the following services:

  • Determine if ENBREL is covered under your insurance plan
  • Assist you in obtaining prior authorizations
  • Work toward resolving denied claims
  • Assist with yearly insurance reverification
  • Provide referrals to specialty pharmacy services
  • Tell you about our financial assistance support

If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover ENBREL, our specialists may be able to help you find a financial assistance program. They can also help you obtain referrals to independent co-pay foundations.

The ENBREL Support Card provides 6 months of ENBREL at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible patients.
*Eligibility: Open to patients with commercial prescription insurance. Not open to uninsured patients or patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded insurance programs (for example, Medicare including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, etc.) or patients who live in Massachusetts (or where prohibited by law).
