Patients can renew their enrollment for financial assistance every year. Limits apply.

ENBREL Support™ Card Criteria: *Eligibility Limits

Open to patients with commercial prescription insurance. Not open to uninsured patients or patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any state, federal, or government-funded insurance programs (for example, Medicare including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, etc.) or where prohibited by law. Restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change or discontinuation without notice. This is not health insurance.

Program provides up to $4,000 of assistance per patient for each 6-month period. Patient is responsible for costs above these amounts.

ENBREL Support™ has options for your patients, regardless of insurance type

Their coverage ENBREL Support
Commercial or private insurance The ENBREL Support™ card has helped more than 170,000 patients pay for ENBREL.
Government insurance like Medicare Part D or Medicaid Patients can call 1-888-4ENBREL and press option #6. A Medicare Solutions advocate will help them understand their benefits and help determine which plans may be best for them.
No insurance Patients can call 1-888-4ENBREL for referrals to independent organizations, such as the ENcourage Foundation® that may be able to help.
